On the 3rd of April 2025, Beckmans College of Design organised a runway show at the Liljevalchs Museum. The school’s second-year students created 11 looks, combining creative design with traditional craftsmanship. The show addressed today’s and tomorrow’s challenges in sustainability and explored innovative product design, making the future of couture the central theme.
“Forget what you know about the past,” said one of the Beckmans College of Design second-year design students. These emerging designers are opening a new path where artistry, innovation, and sustainability intertwine. As they presented their works at Liljevalchs, they redefined what the future of couture can be.
